KronoLog Solutions' first client with benefits of over 50%

KronoLog Solutions, a recently founded logistics consultancy firm, presented its first case study, which involved restructuring the warehouse and the entire logistics operation of an SME importer and distributor of office supplies that is over 60 years old.
The company needed to mitigate errors and prepare its operations for anticipated business growth due to a new commercial strategy.

KronoLog Solutions focused on process optimization, layout reorganization and inventory management through the integration of new technologies. They also mapped out all the processes, interviewed the team and surveyed potential WMS suppliers to implement in the operation. In terms of sustainability, the focus was on reducing waste, optimizing the use of resources and implementing technologies that minimize environmental impact throughout the supply chain.
As a result, the company achieved a productivity improvement of over 50%, representing the impact that the improvements had on operations and sustainability.
